Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla flavor Instant Pudding Mix (3.4 oz box)
2-1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 package chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer. Stir in instant pudding mix. Mix in flour and baking soda slowly. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
