1-1/2 cups ground cooked ham
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1/3 cup mayonnaise (can be varied for consistency)
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
black pepper, to taste
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients to blend. Chill for about 10 minutes. Cover and refrigerate left-overs.
