About Chicks Magazine
Chicks Magazine was created by Tracy Zwilling, the owner of Trace Design, an advertising design agency that specializes in custom publishing. Tracy has been designing for businesses and producing magazines for other companies and groups for over 15 years. Tracy's dream was to create and publish a magazine of her own. Chicks Magazine is that dream come true.
Chicks Magazine was created in response to all of the women's magazines that are currently published. Tracy was tired of magazines that kept telling her she wasn't thin enough, she was not a successful enough, her kids were not well adjusted and her home was not organized and coordinated. In fact, Tracy thought her life was going smoothly when most of the laundry was done (though not necessarily put away), her kids did not eat frozen pizza more than three nights a week and most of the sticky notes on her desk at work were thrown away by the end of the day (on purpose, not by accident). Chicks Magazine is not a magazine that answers any of life's great questions. It will not tell you how to dress for success, how to raise your kids with buckets of self-esteem, or how to have a beautifully appointed home. It will tell you how to make a great martini, how to have fun with your girlfriends, and how to keep yourself sane when your kids move back home.
The articles and stories in Chicks Magazine are fun, light-hearted and not so serious. But once in a while you might come away with a piece of advice or some insight that will make your day easier and your step a little lighter.
